🔥 The Tea on This Yarn:
- Fiber Content: 100% Acrylic Roving – 7/10 I’m biased against acrylic but like the roving
- Color Range: 18 color options seems like a lot but there’s a few that overlap in their colors. 7/10
- Frogability: Smooth as butter until you hit that snag you missed. 8/10
- Splitting: I mean, it’s roving, so of course it’s going to be a bit splitty. Just go a little slower. 8/10
- Stitch Definition: No complaints 9/10
- Feel: Definitely one of the softer acrylics I’ve felt, maybe it’s the roving. 8/10
- Drape: Classic DK drape, nothing surprising here. 9/10
- Washability: Handwash only. That’s really disappointing for an acrylic 3/10
- Warnings or concerns: Roving can break during the process of knitting or crochet but tends to be strong in the final project. 7/10
- Price: A very reasonable price for colorful yarn. 9/10
✨ Overall verdict: 7.5/10 Fun fact: Roving yarn isn’t technically “spun” — it’s just fiber that’s been gently twisted! That’s why it’s insanely soft, super lofty, and perfect for those dreamy, cloud-like stitches. But because it’s barely twisted, it can also pill more easily… which just means it has a little extra personality.
